With a burst of laughter, Sushmita answered, "Very different chemistries. I taught one [of them] chemistry." In "Main Hoon Na," she portrayed a chemistry teacher opposite Shah Rukh Khan, while she appeared alongside Salman in "Biwi No. 1."


Sushmita continued, "I had a more friendly chemistry with Salman. It was like a gunda, friends type. While with Shah Rukh, it was romance."


Curiosity led us to ask Sushmita about whom she would like to collaborate with again. Sporting a smile, she responded, "Both darling. Let's never come down to either of them. Both always."

Reflecting on her remarkable comeback with "Aarya" in 2020, Sushmita Sen shared her insights in an earlier conversation. Aarya's immense success exceeded expectations, especially as a solo venture without a male co-star. Sushmita expressed her satisfaction, revealing that "Aarya" fulfilled her aspirations during her eight-year hiatus. Among multiple offers, including two Bafta-winning remakes from other platforms, she chose "Aarya" for its compelling script and the involvement of Ram Madhvani.


Sushmita explained, "When I came back to work, I wanted something solid, an author-backed part. For that, you tell me, I will do three months of prep, do workshops, and unlearn. I got very lucky with 'Aarya.' The script and then with Ram Madhvani coming in, it was a killer combination."
